Madre

Madre mezcal is made using a blend of Espadin and Cuishe agaves, which are roasted in earthen pits, crushed by a traditional tahona stone, and fermented with natural wild yeast. The result is a smooth, complex spirit with a distinctive smoky flavor complemented by earthy, floral, and herbal notes. Madre is often praised for its balanced profile, making it accessible for both mezcal enthusiasts and newcomers. The brand also emphasizes sustainability and community, working closely with local farmers and producers to ensure ethical and environmentally friendly practices.
