Shipping & Return

Telmont Vinothèque 2012 hails from the celebrated Champagne region of France, crafted from grapes harvested in a rare year marked by extreme weather contrasts—a long, rainy winter followed by a sun-drenched summer. This brut champagne is composed of an elegant blend of Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir, each contributing to its complex personality. Aged patiently and disgorged in 2021, it is an exclusive vintage, both exceptional in quality and limited in quantity.

On the nose, Telmont Vinothèque 2012 reveals a warm and inviting bouquet of toasted bread and dried fruits, delicately underlined by almond and citrus. The palate begins with a lively, brisk attack softened by whispers of vanilla, quickly giving way to a rich core of ripe pear. A lingering finish of fresh almonds and grapefruit adds a final touch of harmony. With 67% of the wine vinified in oak casks and no malolactic fermentation, the texture is both vibrant and refined, highlighting the wine's natural structure.

Best served at 10°C, this champagne pairs exquisitely with caviar or delicate seafood dishes, enhancing its elegant character. With a dosage of 7.6 g/L, it remains dry yet approachable, offering a clean and balanced profile. Telmont Vinothèque 2012 is a celebration of time, terroir, and craftsmanship—ideal for connoisseurs seeking a vintage champagne with depth, freshness, and understated luxury.

LoveScotch Shipping & Returns FAQ

1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
  • Saver shipping (where available) takes 5–7 days to receive local carrier tracking, and delivery is typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.
  • Ground shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the couriers.
  • We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

  • Additional delivery attempts require an extra delivery fee.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?

Yes. Wine and delicate products are weather sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at LoveScotch’s discretion.

  • LoveScotch is not responsible for wine damage caused by ground couriers.

5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders?

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.

Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

  • If original packaging is required, please add a note to your order.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for packaging requests.

7. What is your return policy?

Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.

  • If a bottle is significantly damaged during transit, LoveScotch will refund or replace it. Please email hello@lovescotch.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • All bottles are inspected before shipping.
  • Images on the website are illustrative only. Product editions, batches, or packaging may vary unless specifically stated in the product description.
