Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Special discounted rate shipping (where available) takes 1-3 days to receive local carrier tracking, and delivery is typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.
Ground shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the couriers.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?

The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.

Additional delivery attempts require an extra delivery fee.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?

Yes. Wine and delicate products are weather sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at LoveScotch’s discretion.

LoveScotch is not responsible for wine damage caused by ground couriers.

5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders?

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.

6. Do you ship bottles in original packaging?

Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

If original packaging is required, please add a note to your order.

7. What is your return policy?

Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.

If a bottle is significantly damaged during transit, LoveScotch will refund or replace it. Please email hello@lovescotch.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
