From Ballard Canyon in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, Fuil Ballard Canyon Syrah 2024 shows a cool-climate edge with a deep ruby hue and layered aromatics. Crafted from 95% Syrah with small additions of Viognier and Mourvèdre, it opens with dark cherry, ripe plum, white pepper, and hints of forest floor, shaped by 17 months in oak for added structure. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, it carries both intensity and finesse.
On the palate, expect a savory mix of smoke, spice, and earthy depth balanced by fresh acidity and fine tannins. The finish lingers with subtle oak and peppery lift. 1. Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
- Special discounted rate shipping (where available) takes 1-3 days to receive local carrier tracking, and delivery is typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.
- Ground shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the couriers.
- We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.
- Additional delivery attempts require an extra delivery fee.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Wine and delicate products are weather sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at LoveScotch’s discretion.
- LoveScotch is not responsible for wine damage caused by ground couriers.
5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders?
No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.
6. Do you ship bottles in original packaging?
Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.
- If original packaging is required, please add a note to your order.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for packaging requests.
7. What is your return policy?
Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.
- If a bottle is significantly damaged during transit, LoveScotch will refund or replace it. Please email hello@lovescotch.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- All bottles are inspected before shipping.
