3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.
- Additional delivery attempts require an extra delivery fee.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Wine and delicate products are weather sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at LoveScotch’s discretion.

5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders?
No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.
6. Do you ship bottles in original packaging?
Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

7. What is your return policy?
Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.

Please note that this rate may not apply to oversized or overweight items, larger bottle formats (such as 1L or 1.75L), or products requiring special packaging if the total shipping weight exceeds the 12-lb limit. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.
