Aberfeldy 18 Year Old 'Cabernet Sauvignon Cask' Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a refined expression from the renowned Aberfeldy distillery, located in the southern Highlands of Scotland. Finished in ex-Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa Valley, California, this limited-edition whisky is part of the distillery's Red Wine Cask Collection, which began in 2019. The Aberfeldy 18 is bottled at 43% ABV and showcases the expertise of Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. Its deep golden amber hue signals the complexity within, reflecting the rich influence of the red wine barrels.
On the nose, this whisky presents a sweet, fruity bouquet with golden syrup, red fruit jam, and heather honey leading the charge. These aromas are joined by stewed apple, poached pear, caramel, milk chocolate, and baking spices such as cinnamon, clove, and mace. The palate is bold and vibrant, opening with juicy tropical fruits like overripe pineapple and apricot, followed by the comforting sweetness of golden syrup and floral honey. Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+ years old) for all alcohol deliveries. Couriers will check ID at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, the package may be returned. No exceptions can be made.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
- Saver shipping (where available) takes 5–7 days to receive local carrier tracking, and delivery is typically 5–7 business days after tracking is assigned.
- Ground shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the couriers.
- We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
3. What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order.
- Additional delivery attempts require an extra delivery fee.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
4. Can shipments be delayed due to weather?
Yes. Wine and delicate products are weather sensitive. To prevent heat or freeze damage, shipments may be delayed at LoveScotch’s discretion.

5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders?
No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.
6. Do you ship bottles in original packaging?
Not always. Bottles are not guaranteed to arrive in original packaging unless specifically requested.

7. What is your return policy?
Due to state regulations, alcohol returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled.
- If a bottle is significantly damaged during transit, LoveScotch will refund or replace it. Please email hello@lovescotch.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- All bottles are inspected before shipping.
- Images on the website are illustrative only. Product editions, batches, or packaging may vary unless specifically stated in the product description.
- Engraved bottles are non-refundable unless damaged. If returned after failed delivery attempts, the customer will not receive a refund and will incur a secondary return shipping fee.

For all other states we ship to (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the flat rate is $24.95.

3. Are there exceptions to the flat rate shipping?
