Terralta is a premium tequila brand crafted by renowned master distiller Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo distillery located in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. One of the unique aspects of Terralta tequila is the use of deep well water drawn from 140 meters below ground, imparting a notable mineral character to the spirit. The production process involves slow roasting the agave in traditional brick ovens and utilizing a combination of mechanical and tahona (stone wheel) extraction methods to obtain the agave juice. Terralta offers a range of expressions including Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo, each aged thoughtfully to develop layers of flavor ranging from fresh agave and citrus notes to richer tones of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
