Teremana
Teremana is a tequila brand co-founded by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Launched in 2020, Teremana aims to offer a high-quality, sustainably produced tequila that is both affordable and accessible. The name "Teremana" combines the Latin word "terra" (meaning earth) and the Polynesian word "mana" (meaning spirit), reflecting the brand's commitment to honoring the land and its people.
Teremana is crafted in a small Mexican town in the Jalisco highlands, using traditional methods. The process includes slow roasting the agave in brick ovens and distilling it in copper pot stills, resulting in a clean and smooth tequila with notes of citrus, vanilla, and agave. The brand offers several expressions, including Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo, each catering to different tastes and preferences. Teremana has quickly gained popularity, becoming known for its quality and connection to Johnson's personal brand.
