Pimm's
Pimm's is a British liqueur that originated in London in 1823. It is a fruity, herbal spirit, most commonly associated with Pimm's No. 1 Cup, a blend of gin, fruit extracts, and spices. The drink is typically mixed with lemonade or soda water and garnished with fresh fruit, cucumber, and mint. Pimm's is especially popular during the summer months and at events such as Wimbledon.
It was originally created by James Pimm as a digestive aid, but it quickly gained popularity for its refreshing taste and versatility in cocktails. The brand has expanded to include other variations, such as Pimm's No. 2, which uses a base of Scotch whisky.
