Ladyburn
Ladyburn is a rare and sought-after single malt Scotch whisky produced by the now-defunct Ladyburn distillery, which was located in the Lowlands of Scotland. The distillery was established in 1966 as part of the William Grant & Sons company but had a brief operational period, closing its doors in 1975. Due to its short production span, Ladyburn whisky is considered a collector's item, prized for its scarcity and distinctive character.
Ladyburn single malts are known for their smooth and delicate profile, often featuring notes of citrus, honey, and soft spices, with a subtle maltiness typical of Lowland whiskies. The rarity of Ladyburn bottles, coupled with their high quality, makes them highly coveted by whisky enthusiasts and collectors. Each bottle of Ladyburn represents a piece of Scotch whisky history, reflecting the craftsmanship and tradition of a bygone era in the whisky industry.
