Hillrock Estate Distillery is a highly regarded American distillery located in the Hudson Valley, New York. Founded by Jeffrey Baker and master distiller Dave Pickerell, Hillrock is known for its dedication to quality and its unique farm-to-glass approach. Hillrock is one of the few distilleries in the world to floor malt its own naturally grown estate barley, rye, and corn.
