Glendalough Distillery
Located in a narrow glacial valley in the low mountains south of Dublin, lies one of Ireland’s first craft whisky producers, Glendalough. Steeped in the lore and legend of Ireland, the distillery was founded by five friends with a mutual love of Irish whiskey. All of Glendalough Distillery’s whiskeys are aged in a variety of casks, ranging from traditional American ex-bourbon barrels to Oloroso sherry butts to the unusual and rare Mizunara Oak barrels from Japan.
The distillery also produces a range of white spirits including a series of seasonal gins. Each of these seasonal gins are made with hand foraged botanicals and reflect the natural change of the local flora..
